The marriage has become insupportable because of discord, or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation. Further, the respondent committed adultery.
Counter-Petition for divorce, brought by Jill Caner, petitioner, against Ergun Caner,
The marriage has become insupportable because of discord, or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.
The parties have agreed to the entry of the following joint and mutual temporary injunction while this case is pending and same shall be binding on the parties; on their agents, servants, employees, and attorneys; and on those persons in active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of this order by personal service or otherwise. The requirement of a bond is waved.
Some of the agreed to facets of the injunction include:
Communicating with the other party….in vulgar, profane, obscene or indecent language, threatening, placing harassing phone calls, destroying each other’s property, and falsifying information.
