An Islamic leader has issued a declaration that Chinese people everywhere should be ‘annihilated’ as payback for the spreading coronavirus.
The most recent strand of coronavirus that has proven itself so deadly and contagious is traced back to an exotic food market in China where it is suspected to illness first leapt from a bat to human. The illness has the entire nation of China on lockdown as the World Health Organization has declared a state of emergency.
A Syrian jihadi cleric named Abd Al-Razzaq Al-Mahdi was recently pleased by the spread of coronavirus in China and asked Muslims to pray for Allah to “annihilate” Chinese people.
Al-Mahdi was answering a question from Muhammad Abu Nassir, “Is it permissible that we express our joy for what China is experiencing – the coronavirus and the death of the Chinese people?”
“Yes, yes we should express our joy and pray for their annihilation,” responded Al-Mahdi.
He continued, “They [the Chinese] have declared resounding war and they killed, slaughtered, imprisoned, and oppressed the Uyghurs and non-Uyghur Muslims. They are the enemies of Allah and are Buddhists and communists.”
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D) from Minnesota (pictured above) has repeatedly told the press that Islam is a religion of peace and stereotypes of Muslims calling for genocide are fictional. Unfortunately, Rep. Omar’s claims do not accord with reality.
