There is a certain 4 bed/3.5 bath town home in Alpharetta, GA. Its address is 9025 Woodlands Trail, Unit 13. It was built in 2016 and sold for $414,900 to the North American Mission Board (NAMB). It is one of many such properties owned by NAMB. NAMB is supposedly a missionary organization. For some reasons, it owns a number of expensive homes. This one is 1.9 miles from its headquarters. It’s almost certainly worth more, a lot more, than home of the average Southern Baptist giver.
So, why does NAMB own a pricey town home in Alpharetta? Why were the funds used to buy this real estate not used to pay missionaries to spread the gospel? Who lives there?
There’s one way any Southern Baptist could find out the answers to these questions. Walk up and knock on the door.
