An Oklahoma school has dropped the nativity scene from their annual Christmas play after FFRF sent a threatening letter demanding they remove mentions of Jesus from the show or be sued.
The horrible Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) strikes again, this time bullying a school into dropping a nativity scene from the third grade Christmas play.
You can read the letter here.
They claim the show put on by Edmond Public Schools was committing a “constitutional violation that occurs each year.”
“Please note that including a live nativity performance in a school’s holiday concern remains illegal even if participation in the nativity scene is ‘voluntary.'”
This simple letter riddled with bullying was enough to make the school remove any mention of Jesus or God from their 3rd-grade play.
Remember, this horrible group, that has bullied schools for praying before games, cries about Kanye’s prison worship service, has no issue with drag queen story hour or child drag queens.
“The Constitution was never meant to prevent people from praying; its declared purpose was to protect their freedom to pray.” -Ronald Reagan
