This man walked up to a woman who was coming out of a church in New York, had a brief conversation with her, and then sucker-punched her in the head. The NYPD has released this video and requested notification if the public knows the suspect.
According to local news reports, the man was outside the building in Queens near the entrance and the woman asked him not to sleep near the entrance. He then accosted her.
The man does not appear to be homeless, or at least to have been homeless for long. If you notice, he looked around before deciding to punch the woman.
He is Asian and between 20 and 30 years of age.
The woman was taken to Booth Memorial Hospital and is recovering.
