WATCH: Kid Baits NBA Camera and Flashes “Free Hong-Kong” Shirt

At Tuesday night’s basketball game a young NBA fan danced with a Clipper’s shirt. When the camera focused on him, he quickly exchanged the shirt and revealed a pro-Hong-Kong message.

The shirt read: “Fight for Freedom, Stand with Hong Kong.”

This message was the one that started the NBA/China controversy. Daryl Morey, a general manager for the Houston Rockets, shared an image on twitter with the words. He later walked back his statement and deleted the tweet to appease China.

Watch how the camera rapidly moves away from the boy when he holds up the pro-Hong-Kong shirt:
