Jenna Ellis, Senior Legal Advisor to the Trump campaign, has come out and declared that she will be unapologetic in her profession of faith and will not bow the knee to the cancel-culture that may demand she or any Christian renounce their faith.
Ellis, who previously served as the director of public policy at the James Dobson Family Institute has a history of holding conservative Christian positions that have incurred the ire of the left. She is known for being outspoken on LGBT issues, particularly her scathing criticism of the 2016 Obergfell decisions, where she said:
“We’re going to completely ignore what the truth says, what God says, and we’re going to redefine marriage…It doesn’t yet impose restrictions on churches or First Amendment privileges, but we’re heading there. And it’s setting the stage for polyamory, bestiality, and eventually pedophilia…”
After she saw that she was trending for the aforementioned comments, she used the opportunity to share the gospel .
