As a part of our Polemics Tracts project, we have created cards to place in heretical books that when scanned by a QR Reader will take the person to a website (or they can type in HereticalBook.com) and will explain why that particular book is theologically troubling. The links will also be provided to an explanation of the heresies (along with their name and description) found in that book (currently we have 25 heresies listed and defined). The books we plan to start with (that we’re still lacking articles for) include:
Battlefield of the Mind
Destiny: Step Into Your Purpose
Four Blood Moons
God and the Gay Christian
Grace Revolution
Heaven is For Real
I Declare
It is Your Time
Love Wins
One Thousand Gifts
Praying Effectively for the Lost
Rescuing the Gospel from the Gay vs Christian Debate
The Book of Mysteries
The Circle Maker
The Daniel Plan
The Daniel Prayer
The Harbinger
The Message
The Mind Connection
The Mystery of the Shemitah
The Power of I Am
The Shack
Polemics Report is soliciting your help in producing articles for each book. This is an example of how it should be done. To spell it out a bit further, from the example above:
- Include a basic summary of the book – one paragraph
- Include what heresy is taught in the book by using and linking the heresy list online at Polemics Report
- Explain how and where the book teaches the heresies
- Include links to additional resources that you think are helpful
- Properly cite your sources, if you use any
You can type out your article on Microsoft Word or another program and email it to [email protected]. Your name will be included as the contributor to the article.
So your time isn’t wasted when somebody snatches the book you wanted to review, if you email us and tell us you want a specific book and will get it to us in a week, we’ll remove the book from this public list so it’s not taken by someone else.
