Chilean abortion activists showcase their hatred of babies while burning small plastic baby dolls in violent protest.
A ruling in 2017 loosened up on abortion in Chile. Chile was one of the 7 countries to have a total ban on abortions in all circumstances when the Constitutional Court of Chile made 3 exceptions to abortion: rape, if the mother’s life is in danger, and if the baby is not expected to survive.
Now many Chilean feminist organizations are calling for free abortion for all. The Coordinadora Feministas en Lucha (Feminist Coordinators in Struggle), said in a statement to Radio Havana Cuba on July 26:
“From the streets, from Congress and together with feminist organizations, we will be firm in overseeing compliance with the law of legal interruption of pregnancy. We will also be attentive to the course and discussion of the bill presented almost a year ago, on decriminalization of abortion until 14 weeks.”

“They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. Though they know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.” -Romans 1:29-32
