“Pop Lock’n” is a form of urban dance originating in California in the late 1970s, involving rhythmic contractions of the dancer’s muscles to accent the beat, usually performed to funk music.
This former gang member was brought onto the stage at The House Modesto Church to display his “pop lock’n.”
Apparently, we are supposed to applaud this.
