At a Utah rally with Glenn Beck supporting Ted Cruz last week, Glenn Beck gave a speech declaring that Ted Cruz was the fulfillment of the Mormon White Horse Prophecy. The Mormon University, Brigham Young, explains the prophecy likes this:
Will the Constitution be destroyed? No; it will be held inviolate by this people; and, as Joseph Smith said, “The time will come when the destiny of the nation will hang upon a single thread. At that critical juncture, this people will step forth and save it from the threatened destruction.”
At another Rally in Salt Lake City, Utah, Beck, in shocking admission it seems, implies that Mormons and Evangelicals worship a different God. He states:
Utah has an incredible opportunity. So many Christians have been standing up. But all throughout the South the Evangelicals are not listening to their God. Let us raise a standard in Utah.

While it’s true that the Mormon god is a false God, contradictory to everything Scripture reveals to us about our Lord, Beck has repeatedly campaigned, including at Liberty University, that Mormonism is just “another denomination” of Christianity and that they have much in common with Evangelicals. Regrettably, many evangelicals have been on board with Beck’s lies, touting him as a fellow Christian, and even inviting him to speak in Southern Baptist pulpits.
Sadly, many so-called “evangelicals” do worship the same false God as Glenn Beck, however, God will discipline his children, convicting them through the Holy Spirit, and won’t allow true Bible-believing Christians to accept the nonsense put out by people like Beck, and religious-right that he’s united with.
Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent. – Revelation 3:19
If you’re caught up in the right-wing political movement that has a form of godliness, but denies its power (2 Tim 3:5), repent! God is not going to save the country, the constitution, or you, through a false gospel, or a false Jesus.
