When Pastor Stacey Shiflett received a ‘cease and desist’ letter from Baltimore County for holding worship services, he did the only spiritually responsible thing; he tore it up.
However, how he tore it up was epic. The pastor of Calvary Baptist Church tore it to shreds mid-sermon.
Some Baptists don’t drink, and from the sound of the hooping and hollering of the crowd, I suspect Pastor Shiflett is one of them. And I’m not given for much wine (1 Timothy 3:8) either, but if I ever buy someone a glass of Welch’s grape juice you can bet your bottom dollar it’s going to be this guy.
I literally wept watching it. Amen and amen, pastor. Amen and amen.
