(Church Militant) A pro-lifer is continuing his legal battle after a court ordered him to pay millions for exposing Planned Parenthood.
Recently, a judge in San Francisco ordered David Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress to pay $1.5 million to the abortion giant, owing to a series of undercover videos released in 2015 exposing the sales of aborted baby-body parts.
But attorneys representing Daleiden on the case — from the Thomas More Society — are now looking to challenge the ruling.
They have also filed an appeal against 10 criminal charges facing Daleiden — charges which could land him behind bars for years.
Daleiden’s case is of interest not only for the pro-life movement, but also for investigative journalism.
