While it is recognized the nurse in this article is of Scottish heritage, we are all human. A remark such as the one she made, whether ” ironic” or not, should never be made in any circumstance, let alone in a pandemic situation.
Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.
Phillipians 2:4
God loves all of His children, young and old. Every color, denomination, and status. The only thing He asks of us is we believe in Jesus through faith and grace as our Saviour.
As a changed creature, we need to love all of our fellow human beings. What a horrid thought this nurse had, whether she meant it or not.
It is disheartening that people, especially a nurse, could even fathom such thoughts.
