No, the radio station did not apologize to Christians for playing a song called “Jesus is a Faggot.” Instead, they apologized to the LGBTQ lobby.
The song was a parody of the 1988 song, “Jesus is Coming Back.” and was broadcast over a French radio station. As reported in the French publication, Le Parisien, an artist who works for the station named Frédéric Fromet sang, “Jesus, Jesus, Jesus is a faggot LGBT member from the top of the cross, why did you nail him, why did you not _____ him?”
An LGBTQ group called IDAHO then filed a complaint with the Paris Prosecutor’s Office on grounds of homophobia.
“Whether Jesus, Muhammad, or Buddha are homosexual, trans, bisexual, or queer does not bother us; that homophobic curses are used to talk about their sexual orientations bothers us and shocks us,”
Frédéric Fromet then apologized, saying, “I was so misunderstood that I even ran into an LGBT association. So it’s my fault. I readily admit it. I apologise to the people I have injured, while claiming my right to make mistake.“
If you want to know who your masters are, it’s who you’re not allowed to criticize. While Christians received not an ounce of apology for blaspheming their savior, homosexuals received a prompt and sober apology.
