Pulpit & Pen, spearheading alternative online Christian media, has reported for years on the publication we affectionately refer to as Christianity Astray. As though columns by progressive weasels like Ed Stetzer and articles by sold-out Democrats like Russell Moore and Karen Swallow Prior were not enough, Christianity Today‘s editor, Mark Galli, just encouraged the U.S. Senate to affirm the House Democrats’ impeachment of President Trump on what is best nebulous and ill-defined reasons.
It would seem odd that Galli would call for affirming the House impeachment considering Speaker Pelosi hasn’t even submitted the articles to the U.S. Senate yet, but given the well-established leftist politics of Christianity Today (CT), maybe she already sent them to Galli as a gracious hat-tip for all their work electing Democrats to office.
CT is indeed liberal, leftist, Democrat propaganda describing itself as a Christian publication. Here are the top three posts we’ve written about Christianity Today’s shocking progressivism over the years.
There are hundreds of more examples on this website. These are only three.
3. CT Has Lesbian Write About Her Masturbation Habits, Comparing Masturbation to Worship
You might think this is satire, but no. That happened. We wrote about it in 2016 in the post entitled Christianity Today Has Homosexual Author Write About Masturbation. Their article was written by a Roman Catholic gay lesbian entitled What Could Possibly Be Wrong With Christian Masturbation. It was written by a woman whose name sounds like the pseudonym of a lesbian adult website performer, Eve Tushnet.
Tushnet [still chuckling] compared worshipping God to manual self-stimulation because it feels good. Christians should impeach Christianity Today over that one.
2. Christianity Today and Ed Stetzer Partner With Soros
In our article from November 11 entitled the same as the subheading above, Pulpit & Pen revealed that Ed Stetzer of Wheaton College and Christianity Today promoted the George Soros backed Evangelical Immigration Table’s newest Immigration Reform Package.
Christianity Today is literally partnered with Soros. Should them calling for Trump’s impeachment really surprise anyone?
1. Christianity Today Editor Says He Cannot Say Whether or Christian’s God and Islam’s Allah are the Same Deity
In the post entitled Christianity Astray Believes Wheaton College Statement of Faith May Affirm Christian Muslim God from January of 2016, outlined how CT editor, Mark Galli, said he couldn’t determine whether or not Muslims and Christians have the same God.
After Wheaton faculty defended a hijab-wearing Muslim professor and claimed that Christianity and Islam are just different versions of the same religion, Mark Galli – the very man who just called for Trump’s impeachment – said, “We at CT are not sure we can unambiguously take a side at this point.”
For those just now reading about Galli’s call for impeachment, please be aware that Christianity Today is not an evangelical magazine. It’s a Democrat magazine targeting evangelicals. There’s a difference.
