“The political Left seeks to conflate and obfuscate, while we seek clarity of understanding.”
True ideas have an advantage—if an idea is true, then all the facts support it, and none of the facts threaten it. False ideas cannot stand up to scrutiny when facts are revealed.
The political Left, being entirely the realm of falsehoods, must manipulate words at all times. Reality is not their province; it will not bend to their will.
But words might. (Here’s a resource on that.)
The primary skill of a Leftist is obfuscation. If their lies were omitted, little would remain. The political Left must abuse language. Truth-tellers have no need to abuse language. But for liars, the abuse of language is the primary means of achieving success.
Michael Maccabee Collins explains it:
“The left lies, the left lies all the time, and the left lies all the time about everything.”
Why is the political Left so skilled at abusing language? Because it is their essence.
You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
Truth and falsehood do not oppose one another like the red and blue pieces on a board game. The battle is not symmetrical.
As Walter Hudson points out:
“There’s no left wing version of James O’Keefe or Steven Crowder ‘change my mind’ routines. One cannot infiltrate truth-seekers attempting to reveal a lie. Darkness cannot infiltrate light.”
